4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of engagement fees, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables produced by Caledon Cyber for their own internal business purposes. Caledon Cyber retains ownership of its frameworks, templates, and methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caledon Cyber LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
